PURPOSE OF THIS COURSE

Atrophy, maxillary and mandible, is one of the main factors that the dentist must face for a correct implant-prosthetic rehabilitation. The purpose of this Congress is to give operators a wide range of diversified solutions to address it, such as the GBR technique for the management of bone defects using a new digital approach, guided software planning with implant insertion using surgical guides to obtain a prosthetic and aesthetically predictable precision. Or the insertion of particular implants such as Pterygoids and Zygomatics, which exploit the basal bone pillars of the skull, in the event that it is not possible to perform a GBR or do not want to wait the necessary time that this technique requires.
